You have been working on implementing a number of new systems to help the cafe run more efficiently.  You know that on average, only 10 percent of IT projects achieve success when using the waterfall methodology.  You also know that 80 to 90 percent achieve success when using an iterative approach.  One of your employees has compiled a project plan and would like your feedback. 

PROJECT FOCUS:

• Review the plan, SDLC_AYK.doc, and highlight any errors or risks in the plan.
• If you are learning Microsoft Project use the SDLC_AYK.mpp and recreate the project plan with the corrected issues.
